Official Harbor Hotel Collection Giveaway Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hart Hotels Inc., their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on February 17, 2025 and ends on March 10, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter, follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit three (3) entries per person during the Promotion Period. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize: Three (3) winners will receive a two-night stay in a Full Jacuzzi Suite, champagne, dinner for two, and breakfast at a Harbor Hotel Collection property. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided by sponsor.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 10, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
7. Publicity Release: By entering, participants agree to allow the sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Hart Hotels Inc. located at 617 Dingen St., Buffalo, NY 04206.
9. Void Where Prohibited: The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
